Shipping policy

Orders for shipping are sent through Belgian postal service, bpost, for domestic and international shipments.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 24h (except for the weekends and public holidays). You will be notified when your order has shipped by email on the email address you provided while checking out. In this shipment confirmation email you will also find a tracking code to track and trace your order. 

How long the transport will take depends on where you are located. If you are located in Belgium, transport usually takes 2-7 days. For The Netherlands and Luxembourg it usually takes 3-10 days. For the rest of the EU it usually takes 5-20 days.

In cases where delivery will take longer, tawell will contact you personally.

You can also pickup your order at the following address, free of charge and usually after 4 hours of ordering:  Amerikalei 150 bus 13, 2000 Antwerp (Belgium)

Please ensure that your parcel can be delivered at the registered address (and can be signed off for delivery). Delivery will occur as soon as the parcel is offered for delivery at the address indicated in the order details. tawell may not be held liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if nobody is home to accept the parcel. Subsequent deliveries for the same parcels can be charged separately.


It is possible that the courier service will request your identity before the parcel is handed over.

For Client-consumers, transfer of risk occurs at the moment the parcel is actually delivered to the Client-consumer. For Client-Professionals, risk will transfer upon first dispatch for delivery.

Belgium

Free shipping on orders above €59.

Orders below €59, the shipping costs will be €4.95.

The Netherlands & Luxemburg

Free shipping on orders above €69.

Orders below €69, the shipping costs will be €4.95.

Europe

 Free shipping on orders above €120.

Orders below €120, the shipping costs will be €14.95.

Rest of the World

Apologies, we currently don't yet ship out of Europe. Please do get in touch if you are located outside Europe and want to order, we will check what can be done. Reach out to info@ta-well.com.
