Culinary Matcha is exactly what you need to make (vegan) cakes, pancakes, hummus, gnocchi and other sweet and savoury preparations. Culinary matcha is made from tea leaves that are slightly older and thicker. They are picked during the third harvest, just after summer, at our tea farm in Kagoshima. Whisk's culinary matcha has a fresh green colour and a complex mild flavour with a savoury aftertaste.
